Every spring, thousands of Sandhill Cranes start their northward migration. Although many are bound for arctic nesting grounds, they pause for a few weeks in the wetlands of Nebraska while awaiting the north country thaw. This congregation of cranes is a spectacle of nature you won’t want to miss. These cranes were recorded during the last week of March.
